What age group is this course designed for?
The course is designed for students aged 3 to 15. We automatically match the level of English learning based on the child’s age and English proficiency.
What difficulty levels are offered, and how long will it take for my child to learn?
Our courses cover CEFR levels from A1 to A2. The time required for each student depends on their current English proficiencies and learning goals. We create a customized and personalized learning path for every child.
What platforms are supported, and how can I make payments?
We support iPhone, iPad, and Android platforms, all with in-app purchase options. In the future, we plan to explore additional payment methods, such as purchases directly through our website.
Can my child continue learning if we switch devices?
Yes, learning progress is synced with the user’s account. Progress is accessible across devices and will remain up to date regardless of device changes.
How can I log in the APP?
Currently, we support logging in via mobile phone number. An email login will be added in the future.
How can I change my subscription plan?
For both Android and iOS users, subscription changes, cancellations, or upgrades can be managed directly through the "Subscription Management" section in system settings.
How do I change the app’s language setting?
You can change the app's language in the "Me" section. The APP supports Arabic and English. Changing the app language will not affect your device’s system language settings.
Does the course offer a free trial, and how can my child try it?
Yes A lot of lessons for free ! On the homepage of the APP, there is a free placement test and AI trial lessons for your child to explore. Additionally, every level in our main course offers a few free trial lessons. You can also unlock an additional 7-day extended trial by inviting friends to join.
